This Gesha is grown by Jhonatan Gasca and his younger brother Johan at their farm Bella Vista, one of four farms of the Zarza Coffee family. Their farming practices are deeply rooted in sustainability including beekeeping, a passion project of theirs, proven to enhance the quality and yield of their coffee beans.
Fully ripe cherries are hand-picked and undergo a carefully managed whole-cherry fermentation and extended natural drying to amplify sweetness, aromatic depth, and fruit complexity.
Expect a fruity cup with notes of tropical fruits, delicate floral notes and a lingering sweet finish.
