El Silencio is produced by the Asociación de Caficultores de Colombia (A.C.C.), a collective of 77 small farmers from the Cauca region who work together to improve quality, sustainability and community development. Each member is free to experiment with post-harvest fermentations, and the association provides support for quality control and cupping through its own lab. The result is a vibrant and balanced coffee, dense, silky and sweet, with flavors of dark chocolate and red fruit. It’s a coffee that tells a story of collaboration, craftsmanship and quiet excellence.
