This delectable washed process is based on a dual-phase fermentation and pulping processes that use water. Starting with fermentation, the recently harvested cherries undergo a 12- to 24-hour period of fermentation. This crucial phase enables the coffee beans to imbibe the delectable notes from the surrounding coffee skin.
Expect a very juicy and sweet cup with flavours of red fruits, molasses, and nice florals.
