Their approach is simple yet precise: to source outstanding coffees through honest relationships, roast lightly to highlight each origin’s unique character, and always keep the experience approachable and authentic.
Recently, Cafēn expanded from their flagship brew-bar into a dedicated roastery just outside of Edinburgh, bringing their craft fully in-house. We are excited to showcase these coffees here at Nordic Brew Lab - crafted by people passionate about connection, community and clarity in every cup.
