At Finca Río Negro, John Rodríguez Acevedo leads a family-run farm built on patient, detail-driven practices, from thoughtful variety selection to disciplined picking and precise wet-mill work. This careful approach consistently delivers clean, expressive coffees with clarity and balance.

This Advanced Washed lot is selectively hand-picked, washed and sanitised, then fermented under oxygen-limited conditions for 3–4 days with close pH control. It is finished with slow sun drying to a stable moisture level, preserving clarity while enhancing the varietal’s bright citrus and floral character.

Expect an expressive and sweet cup with notes of sweet orange, bright lemongrass and lime, followed by passionflower and orange blossom florals.
