Diego Bermudez drives the success of Finca El Paraiso, a family-operated farm in Piendamo, Cauca, spanning 3 hectares plus additional plots. Finca El Paraiso employs advanced, industrial-style processing techniques, including controlled fermentation, washing, and low-temperature air-recirculated drying, to ensure precision and consistency.
This Gesha underwent a double anaerobic fermentation with tropical yeast, followed by a thermal shock wash to preserve flavor precursors and structure.
