Colombia "Luis Alberto Jojoa" Washed Ombligón - Noma

Luis Alberto Jojoa always dreamed of having his own farm. It was whilst working as a cherry picker that he finally plucked up the courage to ask his employer, a farmer by the name of Antonio Castros, to sell him some land. With no money to offer, he suggested a different form of payment: his labor. The Noma team have been curious about his Ombligón for some time. This year, they were able to produce a small variety separation together. 

“I earned this land with the sweat of my brow.”

Expect a rich, bold and berry-like cup from this Ombligón.
