Paola Trujillo manages Patio Bonito, an 11-hectare family farm in Caldono, Cauca, Colombia. The farm is renowned for cultivating a diverse range of coffee varieties, including Wush Wush, Gesha, Bourbon Rosado, and SL28. After studying chemical engineering, Paola returned to the farm to support her parents and has since focused on refining fermentation and processing techniques
