This Pink Bourbon comes from the hills of San Agustín, Huila, where Stiven Hoyos represents the fourth generation of his family's coffee-growing tradition. As one of the youngest members of the Monkaaba collective, Stiven is part of a new wave of Colombian producers dedicated to demonstrating the potential of specialty coffee through quality, care, and long-term commitment.

The coffee is fully washed, a process that highlights the clarity and elegance of the Pink Bourbon variety.

Expect a sparkling and floral cup, tasting like red cordial, fresh berries and green apples, and a syrupy aftertaste.
