This Pink Bourbon is vibrant and expressive, bursting with fruit and layered sweetness. It’s a lively yet refined cup, where brightness and texture come together in a beautifully balanced way.
The coffee undergoes a carefully controlled double anaerobic fermentation with mosto. After selective harvesting, cherries are sanitized and fermented underwater for 48 hours, then pulped and fermented again for 24 hours. The coffee is then fully washed and dried on raised beds until reaching 10–11% moisture.
Expect notes of dried blackberry, juicy watermelon, and a hint of cocoa nib.
