This marks A.M.O.C.'s first-ever blend, developed specifically for the A.M.O.C. Ambassador project — a select roster of trusted international partners.

They are releasing Rosado, also known as Pink Bourbon or Colombia Rosado, a two-coffee blend composed of individually outstanding Colombian Rosado lots. The coffees have been carefully aligned into a single profile that is clean and structured. The objective is straightforward: to provide trusted partners with access to something special at a strong project price, with controlled location exclusivity during the project window of March.

The blend brings together two distinct expressions of the same variety. One component is a washed, yeast-inoculated thermal shock process from Antioquia, while the other is a fully washed process from Huila. Different processing approaches, the same variety, resulting in one cohesive cup.

Expect a fruity and expressive cup with notes of sweet raspberries, followed by deep praline chocolate, with a finish that stays polished and complete.
