Ethiopia "Alo Bombe" Washed Zero Fermentation 74158 - Tanat

This washed coffee comes from Bombe in Bensa, produced by Tamiru Tadesse of Alo Coffee, whose high-altitude coffees have gained international recognition. The JARC 74158 variety is grown in the Sidama highlands, where careful cultivation and Tamiru’s focus on quality allow the character of the terroir to shine through with clarity and precision.

The ripe cherries are carefully sorted, pulped, and mechanically washed without fermentation, preserving a clean and transparent profile. The coffee is then dried for around 12 days on African drying beds, with regular turning and protection from the strongest sun.

Expect a delicate and bright cup with notes of jasmine, white peach, and Sencha tea.
