This elegant natural Heirloom comes from the highlands of Gedeo, Yirgacheffe, where producer Mengeche Derso cultivates Ethiopian heirloom varieties at 2,200–2,350 masl. Mengeche farms 15 hectares with the help of four of his children, focusing on sustainable practices and careful cultivation.

As part of a single-farmer project, the coffee offers rare traceability back to the individual producer, supporting direct relationships and better recognition for Ethiopian farmers.

Expect a very elegant and floral cup, tasting like hibiscus, sweet red apple and brown sugar.
