Worka Chelbesa in Gedeb has earned a reputation of its own — distinct from the neighbouring Yirgacheffe, and consistently exceptional. SNAP Coffee's Chelbesa washing station uses a traditional 72-hour wet fermentation in ceramic tanks followed by a final soak and 10 days on raised beds, a process that has made this station a benchmark for washed Ethiopian coffee.

Expect a softly floral, deeply sweet cup: lemon shortbread and heather honey aromas with notes of dried apricot and lemon tea.
