Gringo Nordic - Peru Palomino Gesha
This washed Geisha has undergone an anaerobic fermentation in its pulp in plastic bags for 48 hours, before the cherries were peeled and the coffee was fermented for a further two days. The coffee was then dried on raised drying beds for about two weeks.
This results in an outstanding expression of this Geisha from producer Marly Palomino, who in 2024 won an international competition with this coffee. Flavours of butterscotch, black tea, lavender, tropical fruits, sweet chocolate, citrus, peach, blackberry and a well-balanced body characterise this exceptional coffee.
