This natural Catuai lot comes from Baja Verapaz, produced by Fredy Orantes and surrounding smallholders at elevations between 1,400 and 1,800 masl. Grown beneath forest canopy within the Mesoamerican biological corridor, the region combines rich biodiversity, volcanic and limestone soils, and cool mountain climates that support slow cherry maturation and vibrant cup quality.

This natural processed Catuai is dried slowly to preserve sweetness, fruit clarity, and structure.

Expect a fruity and expressive cup with notes of ripe guava, sweet gummy bears and a syrupy texture.
