Primavera Family is a regional lot created by Primavera Green Coffee with 10-15 Huehuetenango producers. This blend of 84-85 point coffees offers the region's classic balanced profile, allowing small-lot producers to access better prices and invest in their farms. With full transparency and traceability to farm level, the goal is developing these coffees toward future unique microlots.
The process is traditional washed: depulping and overnight fermentation, washing with clean water and sun drying on individual producer patios.
Expect notes of milk chocolate, hazelnuts, and honey with a mild malic acidity and a very juicy body.
