Produced by Moisés Hidardo Hernández at Finca Cascaritas in Ocotepeque, this coffee reflects his experimental, organic approach and his leadership of CAFESMO, a cooperative supporting nearly 300 smallholder growers in the region. Naturally processed with minimal intervention, it’s dried slowly for clarity, resulting in a creamy, sweet cup with notes of white grape, fig, black tea, and subtle elderberry.
