From the fertile volcanic highlands of Kerinci in Jambi, Sumatra, Abdul Aziz Thohari tends a mix of Sigararutang and Andungsari at 1,400–1,700 masl — varieties rarely seen outside Indonesia, grown in one of the country's most promising specialty regions. A lactic natural process adds a deliberate layer of fermentation character to an already expressive terroir.

Expect a bold, fruit-driven cup with notes of fresh strawberry and pineapple brightness.
