Introducing Quest Specialty
Quest together with Nordic Brew Lab is proud to present an experimental one-of-a-kind Specialty Coffee Experience.
Quest has a simple yet profound desire: to make the Quest for speciality a transformative force for good. They UNITE cacao and coffee in flavour and purpose. They RESHAPE the landscape for cacao and coffee, carving a path toward new realities full of hope and promise. These aren't mere products; they’re EXPERIENCES that stir the soul—creating a brief escape from the chaos of daily life and leaving a joyful, lingering resonance.
Hernan and his partner Davide have developed their own pioneering processing method called "Kakaw-Kape" - bridging the traditionally separated industries by introducing a unified approach to post-harvest treatment that is circular, uses 0 water and produces 0 waste water contamination
The processing innovation produces complex and very sweet coffee with the clean attributes of washed coffees and is a registered intellectual property and patent. We implemented our project in collaboration with Finca La Senda in Acatenango, Guatemala. We choose Guatemala because is the birthplace of chocolate and one of the finest origins for speciality coffee. Join us on our Quest to make coffee processing more sustainable and tastier!
