Don Porfirio farms together with his son Claudio, an agronomist. Father and son inter-crop cardamom for extra income while preserving towering mezcal shade trees that anchor the micro-climate. Annual output tops four tonnes of dry parchment without sacrificing native biodiversity.

Expect a syrupy sweetness with notes of ripe fruits and a creamy mouthfeel from this Marsellesa.
