Tomás treats his Geisha with an almost spiritual reverence, selectively hand-picking each individual cherry. The production is minuscule, but the quality is exceptional. His region of La Concordia is a challenging one, being particularly vulnerable to the cartel activity which makes it dangerous to travel in the area- it makes this 120kg of Geisha all the more miraculous.

“Between drought and downpour, the river always finds its way—so does a good coffee.” 

Expect big, floral aromatics on the base of a creamy body from this cup.
