Cynthia Morales grows Bourbon Tekisic at altitude on Finca Las Tres Hermanas in Dipilto, Nueva Segovia — a later-harvest, higher-altitude lot that already brings natural complexity to the table. Carbonic maceration takes it further, sealing whole cherries in a CO₂-rich environment before natural drying to amplify fruit character and add process-forward depth.

Expect a jammy, indulgent cup with notes of Cherry, Pineapple Rings, and Mango.
