This coffee comes from Finca Carmen Estate in the Volcán and Paso Ancho areas of Chiriquí, Panama, one of the country’s most established specialty producers with a long history at Best of Panama. Renowned for its Geisha plantings, the estate has previously won the competition with a washed Geisha, and this lot reflects the exceptional genetic stock and deep expertise cultivated on the farm over decades.
Expect a delicate cup with notes of jasmine, lemon, and lime.
