This washed Gesha comes from Hacienda La Esmeralda in Cañas Verdes, Boquete, where the Peterson family cultivates coffee at around 1,700 masl. The family has been developing specialty coffee in Panama since the 1980s, with their high-altitude farms around Volcán Barú becoming closely associated with the rise of Panama’s renowned Gesha coffees.

The coffee is fully washed, allowing the Gesha variety and high-altitude terroir to come through with clarity and definition. The result is an elegant, refined expression of Panama Gesha, emphasizing aromatic complexity, brightness, and a clean structure.

Expect an delicate and complex flavor profile of orange blossom, mandarine, tangerine, peach and jasmine.
