This Red and Yellow Caturra comes from Finca El Vergel in Tolima, Colombia, run by brothers Elias and Shady Bayter. Known for their experimental approach, the Bayter family works closely with roasters to build coffees around clear flavor goals.

The cherries undergo anaerobic natural fermentation in sealed tanks, intensifying their tropical fruit character while holding onto the coffee’s natural sweetness.
