From Jaen in the Cajamarca region of Peru, Esmilda Sembrera grows Pink Bourbon at 1,700 masl — a variety that rewards producers who put in the work. An anaerobic washed process adds an extra dimension of clarity and aromatic lift to an already elegant terroir.

Expect a refined, tea-like cup with Earl Grey florals and white grape acidity opening the cup, finishing with a sweet pink grapefruit brightness.
