This coffee is produced by Laurence Mukakabera in Rwanda’s Northern Province, and delivered through the Dukunde Kawa Cooperative. After rebuilding her life and farm following the genocide, Laurence has created a diverse, resilient ecosystem at Kinyonzo-Gihura, where coffee grows alongside food crops and livestock. Through the cooperative and the Rambagirawaka women’s group, she continues to support and grow alongside her community.

This Red Bourbon is processed using a classic washed method, highlighting clarity and balance.

Expect an elegant cup with flavours of sweet cherries, juicy oranges and a sweet stone fruit acidity.
