The EG-1 from Weber Workshops is the ultimate all-round coffee grinder.
From Espresso to Pour-Over coffee preparation, the EG-1's premier 80mm flat burrs handle everything you can throw at it.
The EG-1 ships with your choice of ULTRA or CORE burr sets. The CORE burr set is designed for everything from pour-over to espresso preparation. The ULTRA burr set is designed principally for pour-over and filter brewing and highlighting clarity in your brews.

• 5-micron stepped adjustment - from turkish fine to pour-over and back again, the 5-micron stepped adjustment makes it easy to find your perfect grind size again and again.
• Variable RPM - Real-time RPM matching using PID to sense hardness of your beans to throttle the motor, ensuring accurate grinding RPM across all coffees
• Purge Button - New to the Mk.3 - the purge button allows for dislodging of beans that may have stuck in the burrs, or gives a temporary MAX burst if pressed while grinding
