Gringo Nordic is a coffee roastery founded in 2018 by Johan and Pernilla Ekfelt who, together with their team of “gringos,” run the roastery in Gothenburg.
Their vision is simple: Great coffee – No shortcuts. All their coffee is purchased from single farms, estates and cooperatives and are 100% transparent. Every coffee is roasted in small batches with the roasting profile specially made to fit and enhance each origin and reach a good balance between sweetness, acidity and richness.
