Noma Kaffe was founded in 2024 in Copenhagen as an extension of their restaurant. After nearly a decade of refining coffee service alongside their dining experience, the team began roasting their own coffees with the same attention to craftsmanship and seasonality that defines the restaurant. By traveling to origin and building close relationships with producers, Noma Kaffe emphasizes transparency, collaboration, and a deeper understanding of every coffee they source. Through carefully selected seasonal releases, they aim to share their ongoing journey of exploration, learning, and exceptional coffee with a wider audience.
