What's Included in the subscription

How does the subscription work?
Once you've placed your order we'll ship your first box within a week, then you'll be added to the monthly subscription based on the cutoff date. If you subscribe before the 10th of the month you'll receive the next round of subscriptions, if you subscribe after the 10th you'll be added to the following months subscription.
Example:
• Subscribe on the 6th September -> You will receive your next subscription order in October.
• Subscribe on the 20th September -> You will receive your next subscription order in November.
Subscription orders are processed and sent during the first week of every month.
Our Curation Process
We're driven by discovering and highlighting the best roasters from around the world. We believe that a part of the fun of Specialty Coffee is trying different roasters from around the world. Not only does doing so allow us to discover exciting and interesting new origins, but it also allows us to explore the different roasting and sourcing philosophies from the best roasters around the world. We combine old favourites with new up-and-coming roasters in our subscriptions, so there's always something new to discover.
With that said, we have the following philosophy when curating our selection:
• We look for roasters that roast light (Nordic Style) to highlight the intrinsic flavour of the origin and process. No medium or espresso roasts.
• Our flavour preference are juicy and vibrant coffees that you can drink every day
• While we might include some more advanced fermentations - we prefer a clean flavour profile over a funky / heavily processed profile
