Why isn't the BWT Jug included in the complete water set?
The two are designed for different approaches to brewing water. The Complete Water Set fully demineralises your water, giving you a neutral base that you can freely customise with APAX Lab for full control over the final mineral profile.
The BWT jug is the simpler option. It softens and improves your existing tap water with minimal effort. Because the water still contains minerals, APAX is best used more sparingly to fine-tune the result rather than create a complete mineral profile from scratch.
