Colombia "Jhon Jairo" Washed Tabi - Swerl

Sale price240 kr

Feature Roaster: Swerl

This washed Tabi comes from Jhon Jairo Gómez in El Rosario, San Agustín, Huila, where his coffee grows at an impressive 1,950–2,000 masl. Over the years, he has steadily improved his farm and infrastructure, becoming a respected producer known for quality-focused cultivation in one of Colombia’s highest coffee-growing regions.

The cherries are rested in sealed bags for 24 hours before depulping, followed by 36 hours of fermentation in tiled tanks. After washing, the coffee is slowly dried in a solar dryer for 15–20 days. The cool climate and careful processing create a clean, expressive cup that showcases the vibrant character of the Tabi variety.

Expect a vibrant and syrupy cup tasting like tropical fruits, and orange marmalade.
