Colombia "Los Magnificos" Washed Sidra - Swerl

In the hills surrounding San Agustín, Huila, members of the Monkaaba group cultivate small plots of coffee at elevations ranging from 1,600 to 1,989 masl. This lot brings together Sidra from a selection of producers whose coffees demonstrated exceptional quality, creating an opportunity for smaller harvests to reach specialty markets while retaining both traceability and value at origin.

The coffees are processed individually by each producer using a washed process before being delivered as parchment to Monkaaba’s bodega. There, each lot is carefully evaluated through tasting and quality analysis before being selected for inclusion.

Expect a bright and candy-like cup with flavours of sweet lychees, starfruit, and sweet green grapes.
