From the renowned farm, Los Nogales, this coffee is produced by Oscar Hernandez. Last year the Special Guests team visited Oscar and his family, saw first hand his commitment to growing , harvest and processing before cupping in their lab. This coffee was selected to use in the World Coffee in Good Spirits Championships, where Sandro Roth used it to place 2nd.

This Bourbon Pimienta has undergone fermentation stage, where the coffee is de-pulped on a modified depupling machine and then a 24 hour fermentation utilising yeast and mosto. It creates a coffee that is exceptional, intense and complex.

Expect a fruit-forward and sweet cup, with flavour notes of strawberry, kiwi and chocolate.
