The Tierra Blanca farm was only started in 2017, and has already been recognised for its quality - placing in the Best of Panama in 2024 and 2025!

This lot, from Plot C1 Camp, has undergone a natural process, which includes 1 day of fermentation. It was selected from a cupping table in a tasting to select potential coffees for use in competition - it stood out. It is bright, full of fruit-forward flavour and sweet. It works as both espresso and filter, delivering an intensity that would cut through milk, whilst being balanced as a pourover.

In the cup you can expect flavour notes of plum, black grapes and caramel.
