Produced by Sebastián Ramírez at El Placer Farms in Calarcá, Quindío, this Wush Wush reflects a fourth-generation producer’s shift toward experimental varieties and advanced processing. Raised in one of Colombia’s historic coffee regions, Sebastián has developed a reputation for refining exotic cultivars through innovation and precision.
This Ethiopian variety, introduced to the farm over a decade ago, is processed using an anaerobic fermentation followed by a high-mucilage black honey method, enhancing sweetness, depth and texture while preserving clarity.
Expect an expressive and beautifully composed cup with notes of soft citrus and gentle florals, followed by bright tangerine acidity, and a sweet lingering finish reminiscent of maple syrup.
