The 74158 variety grows at around 2,410 masl in Bensa, Sidama, where Alo Coffee processes this lot at Safo Station. Selected from Ethiopia’s rich coffee genetic diversity, 74158 is well suited to the highland growing conditions, where cooler temperatures encourage slow cherry maturation. The result is a coffee that reflects the floral character and aromatic complexity of Sidama.

The cherries are carefully harvested and processed using a washed method, highlighting the variety’s clarity and delicate aromatics.

Expect a clean cup with notes of orange, jasmine, and lavender.
