This expressive Walega is grown by Daye Bensa and is processed at Hamasho Washing Station sitting at 2,300–2,400 masl, which makes it one of the highest elevation washing stations.
The coffee undergoes a controlled anaerobic washed process, designed to preserve clarity while adding depth and sweetness. The result is a bright, sparkling cup with crisp acidity.
Expect elegant and complex notes of lemon drops, kumquats, and delicate peach.
