High in the Gedeo district of southern Ethiopia, Berhanu Kurse cultivates coffee across his 12-hectare farm, where high elevations and generations of farming knowledge produce coffees of exceptional character.

The cherries are harvested, delivered, and carefully sorted on the same day before being dried whole on raised beds for up to 25 days, with constant turning to ensure even drying and exceptional clarity in the cup.

Expect bold and sweet flavours of red berries, peach candy, brown sugar, and orange jam.
