Processed as a white honey, this coffee is heavily depulped to encourage a gentle, restrained fermentation that preserves clarity and structure, resulting in a floral, composed cup with notes of hibiscus and rose over clean fruit sweetness and a soft chocolate backbone. Grown by smallholder farmers in Gedeo and exported by Tracon Coffee, the lot reflects a collaborative system that brings together small garden-grown coffees while preserving the region’s distinctive character.
Expect a floral cup with notes of hibiscus, rose, pomegranate, and candy apple.
Tasting Notes: Hibiscus | Rose | Pomegranate | Candy Apple
