Wubita Queen comes from Gedeb, one of Ethiopia’s most celebrated coffee regions, produced by Ephtah Specialty Coffee under the leadership of Wubit Bekele — a pioneer for women’s leadership and sustainability in Ethiopian coffee.
This lot underwent a nine-day anaerobic fermentation and slow drying on raised beds, resulting in a vibrant yet refined cup. Bright red fruits and florals meet a creamy texture, creating a playful, elegant expression of modern Ethiopian craftsmanship.
Expect a bright cup with notes of blueberries, raspberries, and bergamot with a creamy texture and a vanilla and cacao finish.
