At 1,740 masl on the volcanic soils of Kenya’s Kiambu County, producing members of Ruera Factory cultivate SL28, SL34, Batian, and Ruiru 11 under conditions ideally suited to coffee production. Benefiting from two distinct rainy seasons and a long history of cultivation in the region, they produce coffees celebrated for their vibrant fruit character, structured acidity, and sweetness.

This coffee is fully washed, with selectively hand-picked cherries carefully sorted before being pulped shortly after harvest.

Expect a vibrant, and syrupy cup with notes of bright red currants, delicate black tea and floral hibiscus.
