Meet the Producer: Manuel Barsallo
Welcoming Manuel Barsallo (aka @coffeetologist) from Panama back to Nordic Brew Lab for another Meet the Producer event!
This event will exclusively be held in our Stockholm store. Join us to meet Manuel and taste some of the prize-winning coffees he's helped produce together with some of Panama's best farms! Don't miss this chance to taste this showcase of some of Panama's best.

Introducing Manuel Barsallo
Manuel has had a rich career in coffee, playing a key role in the development of the specialty coffee industry in Panama. He started his coffee journey with a blog, which led him to becoming a certified SCA Roaster and taster. After a stint in roasting, Manuel then went on to be a competitor and later judge in the Panama Brewers and Barista championships between 2017 - 2024.
Today Manuel lives in Boquete and helps farms their quality and processing techniques. Manuel has helped producers like Stefan Müller from the Don Benjie Estate, and Delia Palenzuela de Martinez from Agricola Geisha qualify and place at prize winning auctions like the Best of Panama.
