El Vergel is an organically grown, fully washed coffee from smallholder producers in the Sierra Madre de Chiapas. Their mission is to produce high-quality organic coffee while maintaining strong democratic and environmental values. We bought a lot from farmers that live around the village El Vergel.
Expect a clean and balanced cup profile with notes of roasted hazelnuts, caramel, light chocolate and crème anglaise.
