We're excited to Brad Howe of Obadiah Coffee Roasters to Nordic Brew Lab for a bar takeover and open cupping!
The event is split into two parts
Bar Takeover - Brad will join us in the bar and brew a curated menu from Obadiah's current lineup. Discover two espresso options, and five different pour-over options with coffees from Burundi, Colombia, and Ethiopia.
Open Cupping - Join us as we cup a broader selection from Obadiah's current lineup, and pick up a bag of your favourite beans from our retail shelves.

Open Cupping: 17:00 - 18:00 (Booking only required for open cupping)

Introducing Obadiah
Obadiah is a modern coffee roastery, rooted in Edinburgh since 2017. The founding years were guided by a curiosity to explore the breadth of character in coffees. This ultimately led to realising and adopting a novel approach to coffee in Scotland.
Every coffee holds a story, shaped by landscape, climate, and the hands that cultivate it. We endeavour to honour the essence of its origin by roasting with a gentle touch, sharing coffees with clarity and care.
