This natural Caturra is dried whole to encourage slow oxidation, deepening sweetness while preserving clarity, with layers of grape, citrus, molasses, and soft florals in the cup. Grown by Edgar Gutiérrez at Corpachi Coffee Company in Panama’s Chiriquí highlands, the coffee reflects his restrained, patient approach, letting variety and cool mountain conditions shape its expression.
