Peru "Elmer Perez" Gesha - Right Side

Elmer Pérez Geisha is a washed Geisha from Elmer Pérez's farm in the high-altitude Querocotillo zone of Cajamarca, Peru, at around 1,800m. This rare variety, carefully hand-harvested for ripeness on smallholder plots amid misty Andean slopes, is fermented underwater for 36 hours then washed and sun-dried on raised beds, yielding a clean, floral profile that highlights Peru's emerging potential for exotic varieties amid nutrient-rich soils.

Expect elegant waves of jasmine and bergamot, with bright lemongrass, lively citrus, and subtle white grape. The cup is complex and refined with a green-tea finish, soft acidity, and silky body.
