At Finca Llaqtapata in Inkawasi, Cusco, producer Gilber Huayallas grows this SL9, also known as Inca Gesha, at around 2,300 masl. This distinctive variety thrives in the high-altitude conditions of the Peruvian Andes, where cooler temperatures encourage slow maturation and help develop delicate aromatics and bright acidity.

The cherries are carefully harvested and processed using a washed method, allowing the variety’s floral character and citrus clarity to shine through. 

Expect a bright and clean cup with notes of Meyer lemon, honeysuckle, and lime leaf.
